Quality Inn Payson

Hotel is reasonably large.

The room is pet-friendly and reasonably large.

The breakfast is warm, the staff keeps it stocked and impeccably clean. The building is beautiful and the rooms are huge and outstanding with a refrigerator, an ashtray, access to the large grassy yard.

The rooms with access to the large grassy yard, a refrigerator, an ashtray. Easy check-in, wonderful employees. Magnificent and decent location, at a short distance from a large park. Found in the fairly quiet area just off a beautiful area, and restaurants.

Enclosed smell of the room. But overall correct.

Very friendly front desk staff, Michelle (hopefully got her name right) even mailed a letter for me that I wanted to get out right away because my little guy is at camp and I didn't want him to get homesick. The breakfast was hot and good quality with lots of choices. The hotel was really quiet , especially considering it was 100% of capacity.

Maybe an upgrade at the front desk as it is a small area.

It was an okay room for one night, room smelled old. Overpriced, but the only hotel available. The pool was good though.

The free breakfast at this hotel was top notch. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was huge, clean and up to date. This will be our new "go to" hotel in Payson. For the amount of $, it was fantastic.

There really isn't anything I didn't like. We will be back.

We said what time we would arrive when we booked the room and still had to wait 1.5 hrs before we could check in.

The beds are very comfortable and the free breakfast was a nice touch. Even some hot items. Right across the street from a Mexican restaurant and within walking distance to two convenience stores and Walmart.

The breakfast was very nice, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. We especially loved the green areas for the kids to play and the easy access to parking.

For dads, it would be great to have more secure outdoor areas for children. My kids wished for better safety as they could easily unlock doors near our room.

ease in booking on line and that it was clean and not noisy also it was easy to find and staff was very cordial and although I did not bring my pet I found out that pets are welcome (that's a big deal to us)

Awesome place with great amenities like wi-fi, late check-out and a fitness center. I remember how the staff helped me with a cold drink in the heat during my first stay. I'll be back for a weekend!
